Job Title: IT Technical Engineer
Overview:

IT Chase LLC.COM is a leading technology solutions provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality IT services and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our client projects.

• Provide second- and third-level technical support for HP, Lenovo, Office 365, and other related technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve issues when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support roles.

Strong expertise in HP, Lenovo, Office 365, and other related technologies.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to configure network .

Ability to software installation .
